This Privacy Notice Regarding the Personal Data of Job Applicants (“Privacy Notice”) has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about the collection, processing, and transfer of your personal data, as well as your rights under the KVKK.

Kar Plaza No:47, Inner Door No:16, Ataşehir, Istanbul, Turkey (“Çaba Misnak” or “Our Company”), as the data controller, processes your personal data in accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation within the scope described below.

Limited to the purposes specified in this Privacy Notice, we may process the following personal data:
- Your identification information, including first name, last name, age, gender, and nationality,
- Your contact information, including email address, phone number, residence information, and address information,
- Your professional experience information, including resumes and accompanying background information, past work experience, professional qualifications, military status, seminar information, education information, foreign language proficiency, computer and certification course information, and reference information,
- Information regarding your hobbies and interests,
- Your smoking status,
- Your driver’s license information,
- Your health information, including disability status and past medical conditions,
- Information regarding your membership in associations and foundations, if indicated on your resume,
- Information regarding criminal convictions and security measures, including your criminal record,
- Information about your family members, including relatives who work at the company,
- Your physical measurements, including height, weight, shoe size, and clothing size.
- Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed solely for the following purposes:
- To evaluate your job applications,
- To contact you regarding a job position at our company,
- To conduct interviews and meetings with you,
- Administering appropriate tests to assess your job skills and abilities and evaluating your test results,
- To assess your foreign language proficiency,
- Conducting a reference check,
- Making you a job offer if you are deemed suitable for the position.
- Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Your Personal Data
Our company may collect your personal data through automated and non-automated methods via email, telephone, in-person interviews, applications you submit to us, consulting firms, your public profiles on career websites, and physical channels—including physical forms and photocopies.
Your personal data is collected: is processed based on legal grounds, including your explicit consent as specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the necessity for the establishment and performance of a contract, and the necessity for our company’s legitimate interests, provided that such processing does not infringe upon your fundamental rights and freedoms.
- Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your personal data, may be transferred to our affiliated companies both within and outside Turkey for the purpose of evaluating your job application, as well as to the individuals you have listed as references to facilitate verification, based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
- Retention of Your Personal Data
Our company will retain your personal data for
- for the period prescribed by applicable legislation,
- for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were processed, or
- the period necessary for the Company to establish, exercise, and defend its rights in the event of a potential dispute as specified in Article 5/2(e) of the Law
. In this context, our Company has the right to retain your personal data, first and foremost, for the period prescribed by law for the retention of personal data; if no specific period is specified, then for the period necessary for the other purposes mentioned above. Upon the expiration of these periods and if our Company no longer has any legal basis to process your personal data, your personal data will be immediately deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
- Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
You may submit requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) by filling out the Data Subject Request Form on our website or by providing proof of your identity and sending it to the following address: İçerenköy Mah. Your request will be responded to free of charge. However, if the requested action incurs additional costs, fees in accordance with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.
